I listen deeply and work collaboratively with individuals and groups to create conditions for transformative learning, emergent strategies and growing cultures of equity, justice and care. I do this through facilitation, teaching, coaching and mentorship that integrates intersectional feminist, spirit rooted, and liberatory approaches.
Facilitation
The contradictions of our time show up in our contexts, and in our communities, organizations and movements challenging our abilities to grow cultures of care, equity, joy and justice. I work with you and your groups to:

Teaching
If you would like to resource organizational and field-level learning, I research, write and create programs, processes and resources that support collective reflection, learning and strategies that make transformative visions come alive. This includes:

leading trauma-informed, contemplative and embodiment practices.

creating and teaching programs on race, gender, power and international development.

developing applied and action research and to support transformative feminist leadership, collective care, intersectional justice and equity and advocacy.
Coaching
I guide leaders and movement makers to name their purpose and embody feminist and transformative leadership for social justice and collective care. I work with social change leaders 1:1 and in small groups to:
